This policy explains how Juan Galan, a REALTOR® with Real Broker, and J&J Holdings and Acquisitions LLC(together, "I" or "me") collect and use information on this website. Text messages are sent by J&J Holdings and Acquisitions LLC on behalf of Juan Galan.

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, I collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, property address (if you request a valuation), your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. When you book a consultation, Google Calendar collects the details you enter there under Google's own privacy policy.

How I use it

I use your information only to respond to you and provide the real estate services you asked about.

I do not sell or share your information

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your phone number, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

I may use service providers that help me operate this website and communicate with you (such as website hosting, form delivery, and messaging providers). They may only use your information to provide those services to me. I may also disclose information when required by law.

Calls, emails, and text messages

When you submit a form, I may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. I will only send you text messages if you check the optional text-message box on the form. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email. Text messages are sent by J&J Holdings and Acquisitions LLC on behalf of Juan Galan, REALTOR® with Real Broker.

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at juangalanrealty@gmail.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
